Q: How much do your computers cost?
A: The computers I build are tailored specifically to YOUR needs. I have pricing for a general use "internet computer" that will fit the needs of a large group of people, but even this computer usually gets customized a bit. As such, I don't offer computer pricing for any computers other than this general use computer on the Web. For a new computer quote, please use the contact form on the contact page.

Q: Why don't you put PC component prices on your web site?
A: Computer component prices change frequently, often from day-to-day. I choose not to put prices on my website so that I always give accurate pricing.

Q: Can I buy parts from you if I want to do the work myself?
A: At this point in time I am not doing PC component-only sales. The only PC component sales I am doing right now are in combination with a service I offer.

Q: Can you repair my laptop's internal DC power jack?
A: Currently I don't have the proper equipment to do power jack repairs. I am looking into a few options and will offer this service in the future.
